Well, as I wait with baited breath to have my new sewing machine delivered I am making a list (and checking it twice) of all the projects I am going to do once it arrives. Poor thing will need a holiday shortly!. The list goes something like this (and in no particular order):
1. Hubby's denim shorts need repairing;
2. Make up some bags and toiletries cases as gifts with yummy fabric acquired today;
3. Sew my children some lovely warm winter clothing;
4. Sew my daughter some pretty summer dresses;
5. Commission first piece for lainey-lou...my other new project;
6. Sew up some wheat bags, mary janes and aprons to sell or gift;
7. Crochet flowers and make ric rac dahlias;
8. Make softies for my children and friends children .
Thats just the beginning. of course peppered in there will be fabric acquisition, web surfing for anything sewing related, housework, children, husband, dog, family...you know - the usual interruptions to sewing! Time to head to bed...I must make sure I put my notebook by the bed so I can clear my mind of sewing notions.....
