Tonight for dinner we are having chicken and salad wraps. I needed lettuce and was planning a trip to the shops. Then I watered our veg patch and realised I had all the lettuce I needed. We planted baby lettuce and I think they were big enough to take some leaves off. I dont need to go to the shop anymore.
Yah for (partial) self sufficiency.
