Pie Maker Recipes

After borrowing a pie maker from a friend of mine I decided to buy one and I have cooked up a storm with it today.

Mike has to take a shared lunch tomorrow to work and so I decided to make some quiches and some corn and ham pies for him to take.

Quiches

3 eggs lightly beaten
1/4 cup of milk2 green onions chopped
120g ham sliced
1/3 cup cheese grated

Combine all the ingredients.
Place shortcrust pastry into the preheated pie maker and pour in mix.
Cook for about 10 minutes until top is golden.

Corn and Ham Pies

2 x 125g can creamed corn
100g ham sliced
1 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients.
Line pie maker with shortcrust pastry.
Pour in mixture.
Top with puff pastry.

  1. They are brilliant aren't they. I lamented the day we had to ditch eggs at our house (due to allergies) because the pie maker was the best thing ever for mini quiches. I could actually make something posh looking without any effort!

Your recipes look scrumptious. Happy pie-making!
