My Very Clever Husband...

built a veggie patch today! Our very good friend Matt came all the way over from Chittering to help and after my Meals on Wheels run I pitched in too. The kids entertained themselves and by about 4pm here is what we had...



This is a pic of Jack and Lainey with my god daughter Alyssa - who is Matts daughter. She is adorable and came with her brother Lochie.




It was great and I cant wait to plant the veggies on Sunday. We bought seedlings at Bunnings the other day and they are ready to go.

    it's funny here we are in Canada, putting all our things away for winter, and here you are starting with the spring plantings.

    Exciting!
    Growing veges can be so much fun... & so frustrating!!! All worth it though when you sit down to eat a meal you grew yourself.
