Lemon Meringue Pie

Inspired by the glut of free lemons I am currently experiencing I have made a Lemon Meringue Pie.

Its got too much filing in it - and the meringue isn't standing up like it probably should...but I can guarantee its going to taste amazing :D

    Oooh... The Boy wants a Lemon Meringue for Fathers Day - I've never made one so fear it may look a bit like that... ;)
    I hope it IS yummy though!
