Bacon Wrapped Potato Bites with Spicy Sour Cream Dipping Sauce.

I am primarily blogging this recipe so I can find it again when I want to make it - but of course I also want to share it with you. I got this from Twitter this morning..and it just screams comfort food. Not for the faint tickered...I would reckon a winters night with a movie would be the best time to consume these!
